We usually process most orders within 24 hours, with dispatch the same day for orders placed in the morning and the next working day for orders placed in the afternoon.

There may be a short delay to these timescales if the item ordered is out of stock or on back order or our deliveries are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be notified as soon as possible following your order.

For orders placed on a Friday afternoon, dispatch will usually occur the following working Monday.

Some of our products are aerosols or cleaning agents that fall under the Carriage of Dangerous Goods Regulations.

These items are Prohibited from normal post and courier services.

We have an agreement in place with Hermes and DPD Group, for the safe delivery of all of our items:

Standard Delivery, your items will be dispatched via Hermes, using their 2-3 day standard service.

Express Delivery, your items will be dispatched via DPD, using their next working day, tracked service.

Free Delivery, your order will be dispatched via Hermes, unless your order weight exceeds 15kg, in which case it will be sent via DPD.
