ELECTROLYSED WATER - HYPOCHLOROUS ACID (HOCl)

Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl), sometimes referred to as Electrolysed Water or Free Active Chlorine, is a weak acid that is 80-120 times more effective than ordinary Chlorine Bleach. HOCl is in fact found naturally in the white blood cells of mammals, including the human body, it is non toxic and has been used as a safe wound care solution since the First World War. Now commonly used in manufacturing processes to sterilise raw food products and equipment, it is internationally recognised as an ideal cleaning agent and sanitiser. HOCl is identified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as a disinfectant effective against SARS-Cov2, backed by clinical studies*.

HOCl is made by means of Electrolysis, by adding a small amount of table salt to water and then passing a small electrical current through the solution.

SIMPLE TO USE

Simply add 30ml of Brine Solution to the mix tank, then top up with tap water to the max fill mark. Once the lid of the mix tank is reapplied, switch on the activator unit and the system generates the disinfectant cleaner solution. Around 15 minutes later, the 10 Ltr solution is ready for use. It's that simple!

CLEANER & DISINFECTANT - THE BEST OF BOTH

During the electrolysis process, the Toucan Eco Active creates a solution containing both HOCl and Sodium Hypochlorite (NaClO). Whilst HOCl provides disinfection, the NaClO provides a mild PH level cleaning agent, meaning the solution can replace all general disinfectant, general purpose cleaners, kitchen & bathroom cleaners, glass & metal cleaners and deodorisers.

NB - This solution does NOT replace strong degreasers or descalers
